What does my warranty coverage include?

All Abstract new homes come with a comprehensive 2-5-10 year home warranty provided by Travelers; the most comprehensive coverage in the industry. For complete coverage information visit Travelers Canada.

How do I request a service appointment?

Complete the service form below to request a service appointment. Appointments are scheduled Monday – Friday with at least 24 hours notice. You can also request service directly from your homeowner area once you log in.

Where do I get information about home maintenance and operation?

Log in to the homeowner portal to view general maintenance and special care items with our maintenance checklist or check your homeowner care manual.

What should I do in the event of an emergency?

If you smell gas in your home, please refer to instructions from FortisBC on their website here. Or call FortisBC’s 24-hour Emergency Line at 1-800-663-9911, or 911. If you still require further assistance, please contact a gas contractor.

If water is leaking in your home, please contact a plumber as soon as possible.

If you are experiencing electrical problems, please contact an electrician.
